| It is recommended to: |
| Print this document before you download the installation file so you will be able to read the instructions while installing ICQ. To do so, use your browser's File Menu -> Print command. Go quickly over the whole page to familiarize yourself with the download steps. |
| Step 1: Download and save the Installation File |
| Please read the entire paragraph before you click the Download button. |
- Click on the Download link below.
Download ICQ 2000a Beta v.4.31 build #3143 for 95/98/2000/NT4
- The File Download window appears.
Select the Save this program to disk and click OK.
- The Save As window appears. Select where you would like
to save the file on your computer and remember this location.
- Click Save to start downloading the ICQ program.

When the download process is complete, return to this page and read on.

| Step 2: Run the Installation Program |
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
- Quit all other applications.
- Locate the file you downloaded on your hard disk
(icq2000a.exe) and double click it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

| If you can't find the file on the desktop and/or you were not prompted to save the file: |
- Press the windows Start button.
- Select Find
- Select Files or Folders.
- In the dialog box type icq*.exe in the Named field
- Press the Find Now button.
- The search process should now begin.
|
If the file is found, it will be listed in the window below the find dialog box.
If you see the file icq2000a.exe, double-click it and read on.
If you don't see such a file, you will need to download it again, go back to step 1.

| Step 3: Follow The Registration Instructions |
Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
Follow the registration instructions, which will start right after the installation process. This will register you as an ICQ user on the ICQ Network.
If you encounter any problems during this process, please refer to ICQ's Registration Troubleshooting page.

After you finish installing ICQ, go to the secure section of the COSCOLLUELA.COM and find the accounts of the people to add to your Contact List. Also inform the administrator of COSCOLLUELA.COM of your account number and username, so that it can be added to the list of accounts.

| XDrive.com offers 25 MB of free personal space in the Internet. Use XDrive to easily store, access, play, share, and protect shared internet files. The files can be accessed anytime, anywhere, from any device. XDrive will provide COSCOLLUELA.COM with free online hard drives. |

To use XDrive.com, all you need is:
|
- MS Windows 95/98/NT
- Internet connection
- MS Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator

| Step 1: Access the XDrive.Com Site |
- Using your browser, access the www.xdrive.com site.
- Login using the id and password given in the secure section of the COSCOLLUELA.COM. To increase the total MB for the shared files, we have opened 4 accounts. Unless specifically mentioned what account to use, check the shared areas according to the listed sequence.

If you want to have your own personal space in the web, you can register and get your own XDrive account. Fill out the registration form and you have your own account. Of course, with common accounts there is no need for specific sharing setup.

Step 2: Use XDrive
|

| Step 3: Rules to Follow |
- If you are downloading a (one) file, it can be left in the root /X:drive directory. For more that one files, create a folder under /X:drive and leave all files in that directory.
- The person who placed the file/s in XDrive should also remove the file/s. Do not leave the files even when you know that the intended recipients have already downloaded the files from XDrive to their local machines.

| Step 1: Access the Dialpad.Com Site |
- Using your browser, access the www.dialpad.com site.
- Login using the id and password given in the secure section of
COSCOLLUELA.COM.
|
|
If you want to have your own list of numbers to call, you can Register and get your own
dialpad account. You Register by just signing up with Dialpad.com. Fill out the two page registration form and you have your own account.
|
|
The advantage of using a common account is - easier maintenance when there is a change in telephone numbers. There is no duplication of work.
|
| Step 2: Dial your Friend's Number |
- The Dialpad.com keypad and phone book pops up on your screen. No download,
no installation, no configuration. It just pops up on your screen, ready to go.
- Shown below is the Dialpad.com keypad:
- If you would like to dial a number that is already on the phone book, double click the phone book link in the display. The picture below shows how your phone book would look like. From this display you can add additional phone numbers by clicking on (+) add.
- To dial a phone number, click the button under the dial column. Your friend's
telephone will ring and she can pick up the call

| Step 3: Talk |
- Since only US phone number is allowed to be called by the service, Dialpad.com
is best for overseas call to the US and for US to US toll calls. There are no
charges for the call and you can use the connection as long as you want.
